Serina assists our families with all of their billing and insurance needs. She is in charge of contacting your insurance providers to determine applicable benefits, file claims, and when necessary, request additional visits. Serina’s efforts ensure continuity of care and seamless service delivery.
Serina graduated in 2004 as a Medical Office Specialist and joined the Abilities team in January 2011.
Prior to joining team Abilities, Serina gained valuable knowledge by working in the medical field for seven years, three of which were directly related to medical billing and coding.
